Hi all, It has been a great run for the past year and few months! Sadly, I will not be holding monthly events due to the lack of attendance. I understand and appreciate many of your concerns for privacy. However, if I make private rooms available, then I have no content for my web site. I am however planning to make videos of girl wrestling girl and girl wrestling man. I will be adding them to the members site and as a Pay per view. Any video idea, e-mail me and I will think about using it for a video. I want to sincerely thank all of you for your support! Who knows, the wheels in my head are always turning so look out for what I have going on next!

Yes, that's right, today's update is not me. Not quite sure who that is, but it's definitely not me. I think you'll love her flexing and posing for you though. This was sort of a throw together costume and not really sure who I was trying to become. But in the spirit of dressing up, I just didn't want to be Michelle. Now if you had asked me to step on the mat, the regular Michelle would have magically appeared and kicked your ass, that's a promise. We just love Jaye Diesel and so do all the guys that get their asses handed to them by her. Jaye has been fantastic in her short tenure at the Mixed Wrestling Events. Why? Her MMA skills are out of this world. She has absolutely no problems "man" handling even the biggest guys that show up every month. I'm talking about guys that over well over a 100 lb weight advantage. She take all comers and leaves them broken and humbled on the mat. She is very comfortable working off her back and seems to enjoy letting guys get in her guard. I guess it's more a false sense of security for the guys, as they must think they have her right where they want her. But in an instant, they're tapping. Trish came to us with no wrestling experience, but trust me, she learned quickly. What she did bring with her was an awesome physique, deceiving strength, long distance endurance, and gumby-like flexibility. Newcomer Jaye Diesel showed us where she get her name, as she dieseled over her competition on the mat. This 5'8, 165 lb MMA fighter, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner and all around hot lady, kicked some major ass at my last Mixed Wrestling Event. She is very skilled at joint locks and chokes for submission and it quickly became obvious as her opponents were quickly tapping, some within seconds of their match starting. Jaye is very comfortable on her back, where her opponents think they are at an advantage. But Jaye showed us that she can submit the biggest guys from her back or from the top position. So for you guys who want a true grappling experience, check your ego at the door and step on the mat. But fair warning Jaye Diesel is going to take you out, time and time again. Back after a few months at home in London, Indra was in the house. Though she's been at past Mixed Wrestling Events, this is the first chance I had to interview her. She came to wrestle and as you'll see from this interview she has plenty of spunk, energy and attitude. This is one Brit that you don't want to miss. Based on the email response I received from the last gallery update featuring newcomer Trish, I thought I had better get a gallery up of her in action. You asked for it, you got it. Today's update features the ultra fit Trish in action on the mat. It's a shame you weren't there to see this match in person, as Trish totally Dominates this poor guy in every possible way. Being new to both didn't stop this powerhouse from cleaning the mat with a few of the guys, several twice her size. She is strong, flexible and has the stamina of a distance runner. "Muscle Has No Gender", it's one of the first things you see when land on my site. What's it mean? It means, that muscle exists on both men and women. To what degree it exists is all determined by the amount of effort you put into building it. As a trained fitness professional and as a hardcore lifter and wrestler, I personally am stronger than a very large percentage of the male population. I love it, I live for it, and I get off on it. Don't get me wrong, there's also a large number of men out there that I will never be stronger than. Those are the guys that train seriously, who are driven to be fit, healthy and strong. If you've been following along, you know that we had special news coverage during our July Mixed Wrestling Event. Scott Stanford of NYC's WNBC-4 Sports was in attendance to do a story on the event and myself. Scott is known for getting involved in his stories and just "had" to find out what mixed wrestling was all about. I happily obliged him. It can be a lot of fun breaking in a mat virgin. Now mind you Scott is a pretty decent size guy, and given that size, I expected much more of a fight from him. But, he's really not a wrestler and I had fun toying with him and showing him who the boss was, is, and always will be. I receive a lot of positive emails from those that have attended my Mixed Wrestling Events, so decided that maybe I should post them every now and then. This email comes from a recent attendee to one of my events.

"When I went there i met Raquel. I got on the mat with her, still with the impression real wresting was a thing of the past. By round 3 I knew it was back. She beat the hell out of me, 100% real. I gave it all i had, and in the end i had to shake hands and say i have had enough. When i left the mat so quite a few of the guys quietly came up to me and told me what i did wrong, however non of them would get on the mat with her!! So a lot of the men want the fluff matches as well. I wasn't sure if it was the men wanting "fantasy" matches, or it was easier for the woman that changed old school wrestling. Las Vegas, Pro-Domme, Mistress Scarlett Devine was on hand at our last Mixed Wrestling Event. He was very curious about what our Mixed Wrestling Events were all about so contacted me about doing a segment on the news. Last week was our July Mixed Wrestling Event. It's hard to believe that I've been putting these on for just over a year now. What's even more unbelievable is the amount of mainstream coverage the events have been receiving. It's seems that men wrestling with women isn't that far off from being much more socially acceptable. And with the start of our second year, we saw a lot of new ladies so we definitely wanted to get an update to you as quickly as possible. All the ladies attending the July event were new to the event and even some, relatively new to wrestling. That didn't seem to hold any of them back and we've got some great action shots and fantastic video coming in the near future. But for now, check out the intros in the gallery section and meet, Nyx, Azrielle, Hannah, and Scarlette Devine, all of whom I hope to have at future Mixed Wrestling Events.

If you recall, during the intriductions for our May Mixed Wrestling Event, Cheyenne introduced herself as having a bit of a Jiu Jitsu background. That seemed to spark the interest of one of our resident attendees who is also a skilled grappler and Jiu Jitsu practitioner. Today's gallery update features photos from their ground fun as they decided to roll a little bit. It actually turned out to be quite educational for both of them. As with all things, we are students, especially in wrestling and grappling. We can learn so much from each other; improve a technique, learn a knew skill, break the rust of some old skills.

I'm confident that Cheyenne was much more than he had bargained for. After all, how dangerous can a hot chick be? Deadly, if she chooses to be. And I'm certain that Cheyenne has picked up a few things that she can use to destroy her next wannabe male opponent.

After a few glasses of wine, it was time for me to do a few interviews. My first interview is with my security stud (an my cousin) Ray and Roxie from Amsterdam. I enjoy getting a few moments to get to know the people who attend my events a little better, and I'm sure you enjoy getting to know their personality and more about them. As you can see Ray is a pretty laid back guy, but he's there if we need him. It's important for the ladies to be in a safe environment and that's also true for the guys as well. We have a no bullshit policy at the events and Ray is there to enforce it.

Now Roxie on the other hand can do her own enforcing. This European Amazon is more than capable of handling herself and anyone that tries to give her any grief. Plus she has an amazing physique and is sexy as hell. Falsetta, 44, stands five feet four inches tall and has been wrestling for 20 years. A chiseled female bodybuilder is inviting men to her Greenpoint studio to test their strength in Olympic-style wrestling against some well-built beauties.

Falsetta says her underground shows aren't like anything on TV - because they're real fights.

"It's harder for people to accept mixed wrestling because it is actual wrestling," said Falsetta. "Men wrestling women, as opposed to what they see on TV, which is more of an act."

Falsetta said she started wrestling almost 20 years ago as a way to make ends meet while she trained for bodybuilding competitions. She still remembers the first time she forced an over-anxious tough guy to give up by using a series of head locks and powerful leg scissors.

"It was extremely empowering to know that little old me wrestled this guy. I was strong enough and built enough to make him tap out," said Falsetta, who stands 5-foot-4 and is able to bench press 185 pounds.

The club kicked off last year, when Falsetta invited male and female wrestlers to square-off in mixed matches on the mat at the Shangri-La Studio on Sutton St.

The female wrestlers who participate aren't just athletes, she said - they're pro body builders, mixed martial artists and power lifters. "They aren't just going to roll around on the mat with a guy. They're going to use their experience," Falsetta said.

Teresa L'Heureux, a competitive bodybuilder who goes by the ring name "Tsunami," said the male challengers have been getting more competitive. But L'Heureux said she made "short work" of a guy last month who taunted her before the match not to break a nail.

"The new ones that come in say 'we got this,' and the next thing they know they're tapping out," she said.

"It's an actual competition," said Scott Lavare, 37, a filmmaker who said he grapples with the ladies once a month.

"I really try my hardest to pin them. They're really strong and give me a great workout," he said.

Falsetta said she hopes to take her shows mainstream and is banking on other people wanting to see men battle the ladies.

"I get really excited when these women do great against the guys," she said, "especially when you see these women bodybuilders beating these big guys."

The Learning Channel (TLC) will be filming various segments for an upcoming show about competitive National Level Bodybuilder, Michelle Falsetta, and how Michelle used her entrepreneurial skills to start Mixed Wrestling Events.

On Sunday March 20th, we will be filming a mock Mixed Wrestling Event party. We will be in need of several men and women who would be interested in participating in the mock event and who are open to being filmed and possibly interviewed. There is no pay for your participation in the event, nor is there any travel reimbursement if you travel to participate. You will however be able to wrestle and interact with ladies who are participating at no cost.

Ladies, if you are interested in participating in this mock event, please be open to being interviewed and filmed. There will be no pay for your participation in the event nor will travel expenses be reimbursed. You may however arrange for sessions outside the filming with the men who participate.

Everyone involved will be expected to sign a release to TLC for use of any video and photos taken during this mock event.

Doors open at 5 with filming to begin shortly after.

Today's update is the last of the video clips from my match with one of our elders. Unfortunately, I needed to back off just a little bit the last few minutes of the match. My god, I didn't want this guy to have a heart attack on me, I need to renew my CPR. Not really, in actuality it was a lot of fun rolling around on the mat with this guy. He has some skill and is in good shape for his age. If you enjoy an evenly matched wrestling session, you'll enjoy this one. Being the hostess of the Mixed Wrestling Event, I don't get to enjoy myself on the mat very often. Since it's been so long since I've been on the mat, I brought my gear and was ready for anyone to come try and toss me around. Today's video clip is one of my matches from the January event. I know they say "Respect your elders". But, this guy had it coming. He wanted a match, he got a match. And yes, I will admit, it's definitely a rush, when I can lock my legs around some poor guys head, neck, or chest and squeeze. Love of wrestling that is, as I mentioned, a Latin tv station was on hand to do a special on our Mixed Wrestling Events. Today's clip is one of the interviews they performed, just prior to one of my matches. Of course my interviewer couldn't resist and just "had" to see how it felt to be tossed around by a strong woman. Check out the clip for the interview and a little "playful" wrestling. Our January event certainly was an interesting one. We started out with a severe snowstorm that shut the area down, closed the airports, and left tens of thousands stranded. What a way to start things off, but that didn't stop us from having a great event.  Most of our ladies were able to make it in, and we had tons of guys who were ready for some exciting wrestling. We had some great wrestling action from Aluna, Tsunami was in the house showing off her strength, and I armwrestled and wrestled a gorilla. Yes, you heard that correctly, a gorilla. Just posted part II of Clarkflex showing off her wrestling prowess against Genghis Khan. Does he stand a better chance, now that he's learned a few of her moves? Can Clarkflex wrestle? You bet she can. In this latest clip from our December event, Clarkflex shows some of her mat prowess as she battles with Genghis Khan (when you see the haircut, you'll understand). Honestly, Genghis is in decent shape, and has a bit of a size advantage. Does that matter? Remember now, Clarkflex has some of the MOST devastating scissors in the business and she is strong as hell. Anton loves, strong women, who can blame him? So of course, being the gracious host that I am, I couldn't help but give the guy a thrill. For you lift & carry fans, how about a little lift action? Anton is a lot heavier than he looks, trust me. And lifting him in heels was no easy feat. Yes, I am that strong, and given appropriate attire, could toss most of you guys over my shoulder just to show off a little. One of these events, I'm going to dress appropriately and get back on the mat just to keep my skills up and those of you begging to Falsetta'd, happy.

Just posted the 2nd half of Kristie's match at our December 2nd event to the gallery. Kristie can't help but demonstrate her leg strength for you, and honestly, I'm surprised this poor sucker lasted as long as he did. How long do you think you can last? We just posted another video of the amazingly skilled Kristie Etzold. You know in my many years of mixed wrestling, I've come across very few women who are truly skilled on the mat.
